As a CEO with extensive experience across both profit and not-for-profit sectors, I bring strategic vision and practical leadership to complex organisational challenges, informed by 16 years of military service where I developed disciplined strategic thinking and operational excellence under pressure.

My career has been built on developing innovative solutions to operational problems while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, even in the most demanding circumstances—skills forged through military leadership roles and refined across diverse civilian sectors.
